COME TOGETHER
Gatherings at The Lantern
Our programs bring people together through ritual, art, music, storytelling and shared experiences. Offerings encourage reflection, contemplation, expression and transformation.
Movement: Qigong
Qigong is an ancient practice rooted in Taoist wisdom and Chinese medicine that cultivates the circulation of life force through the body. The sessions run each Tuesday at 10am for 45 minutes, and can be practiced standing or seated. This is a practice for any body, at any stage of life.
Candlelight Gathering
Our candlelight ceremonies offer quiet, contemplative spaces for people carrying grief of all kinds. Through meditation, grounding, breath, reflection, silence, and candle lighting, participants are invited to honor a person, relationship, community, identity, dream, or other meaningful loss, with no expectation to speak or share.
Monthly Men’s Group
