Whether you are a long-time griever or new to the experience, join us for an evening of creative clay work, where you will have the chance to connect with others who are navigating their own grief as well.
In this workshop we will create ceramic grief jars, or grief urns, and talk about ways to create self-care rituals around grief. The ceramic grief jars can be used to hold space for grief, and can also give us a path toward holding and moving through our experiences. Completed grief jars will be ready for pick up approximately 2 weeks after completion.
