Explore how your family stories, culture, and traditions have had a significant impact in shaping who you are today and what you believe is valuable to pass on to the next generation. How has your cultural inheritance shaped your life, your values, and your sense of personal identity?
During this workshop, you will have the chance to engage in a guided life writing process delving into themes of resilience and renewal in the context of your personal healing journey. We will draw on pearls of wisdom that have been passed on from generation to generation as we craft our narratives. The workshop will focus on the power of memories, the healing benefits of the personal history process, and how you can turn a collection of your stories into an illustrated family heirloom book.
No previous writing experience necessary, all are welcome.
